We hope you love your Lepe purchase, however, if you are looking to make a return then we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order.
Please email lepecandles@gmail.com confirming what you would like to send back together with your order number and we will arrange the return.
Refund conditions
- Items must be returned unused and in good and saleable condition.
- We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
- Lepe does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Please be sure to include your order number when returning the item.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Lepe.
- Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and debit card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- Lepe does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
